SINCE 2018

I have been empowering others through workshops ranging from topics such as DEI to personal branding and mentoring sessions for individuals embarking on their careers or those with a few years of experience. Now, through my own platform, I am delighted to offer personalized 1:1 sessions, engaging group online sessions, workshops tailored to companies’ needs, and mindfulness sessions available both online and in person.

I’m Marily, and I’m passionate about guiding individuals to listen to their inner voice, trust themselves, and pursue their dreams. With a decade of experience at Google under my belt, I’ve honed my skills in leadership, DE&I, and personal development.

Since joining Google in 2014, my journey has been filled with exciting milestones. From leading businesses toward their digital milestones and overseeing more than $110 million in quarterly revenue to having been either involved or initiating Marketing, Sales and HR projects, I’ve dedicated myself to making a positive impact.

My journey took an exciting turn in 2018 when I became Greece’s first #IamRemarkable facilitator, spreading the word about this transformative global initiative that champions overcoming imposter syndrome and celebrates diversity, inclusion, and LGBTQI+ empowerment across the nation.

In 2020, I took another step forward by becoming the first Greek facilitator for Google’s Women Will program, where I had the incredible opportunity to support women in entrepreneurship and leadership, even sharing insights at the UN Women Summit.

With over 100 workshops conducted across EMEA, my goal has been to shine a light on unconscious biases, striving to change the way we see ourselves, how we connect with others, and pursue a life filled with purpose.

Beyond these roles, I find joy and fulfillment as a mentor, guiding individuals on their paths to career growth and success. My aim? To make a difference, one workshop, one policy, one mentoring session at a time.
